Five ideas we must share
"How do you know we can work with you?"
It's a fair enough question. So here's our straightforward test.

We're probably going to get along just fine if you're still nodding at the bottom of this page.

1:Communication is about connection, not broadcast, manipulation or hope. If it doesn't truly engage, if it doesn't connect effortlessly and meaningfully with those it is intended for, then it has blatantly failed.

2:Care may be an old-fashioned idea to others, but for us it never went out of style. The only way to build relationships that mean anything is with trust, integrity, honesty and humour.

3:We must enjoy working together. We're not your slaves, and you're not our bank. We must share a clear, rational and consistent vision of what we're looking to achieve.

4:Design has power. It can influence perceptions and understandings. It inspires, attracts and uplifts - and those aren't bad things. Aesthetic should never be superfluous.

5:In the end, talk is cheap. Seeing is believing - and believing is everything. (That's one reason of many we're not called Beige.) Every job is another opportunity to build the faith on both sides.
